List deliveries for an endpoint

Delivery attempts to this endpoint, newest first, with HTTP status, attempt number, next retry time, and a response snippet for debugging. Retries run at 1m, 5m, 30m, 2h, 6h, then every 12h up to 72h before the endpoint is auto-disabled.
