Run a compliance check (legacy alias)

Marketed legacy alias of POST /checks with wait: true semantics — the connection is held and the response carries the verdict and findings. Accepts use_case case-insensitively (e.g. CUSTOMER_CARE); the channel is inferred as 10DLC. Deprecated in favor of POST /checks but kept working indefinitely.
